  2. Hey Allison, me again... I do hope you try brining your chicken next time before cooking, either in the oven or out on the BBQ, it will certainly make a difference and don't forget to use a mopping solution to keep the ol' bird moist - just make sure it contains proper ration of lemon and cider vinegar like I do and you will love it...
